The Sound Reset Tuning Fork Healing & Energy Alignment

This isn't your typical energy session. Using tuning forks and sound frequency, Heather guides your body and nervous system back into alignment — woven together with intuitive coaching conversation and gentle energy movement drawing from quantum healing and spinal energetics. Reiki supports the work, but sound and dialogue lead it. You'll leave lighter, clearer, and genuinely reset.

Many clients also seek out this work for the physical side of stress — tension, fatigue, restlessness, and the heaviness the body holds when life is demanding. While sound and energy work is not a medical treatment, clients often describe leaving with a sense of physical ease, deeper rest, and release.
